The term “cloud native” is common nowadays, but much of our modern cloud stack relies on tech that *predates* the cloud. If we were to rethink the cloud stack, would issues like cold boots, bloated images, large mem consumption, slow autoscale, and exploding (and unpredictable) cloud bills be every day headaches?
