Server side WebAssembly is a keystone technology in striking the balance between performance, security, and developer efficiency. In this session, Caleb Schoepp, engineer at Fermyon, and MacKenzie Adam, product manager at Fermyon, show how a specific use case amenable to Wasm can be implemented in a scalable, efficient, and portable fashion using Spin (the developer tool) and deployed at scale via SpinKube (hyper-efficient serverless on Kubernetes, powered by WebAssembly).
