About this event

Etcd, a key Kubernetes component, provides distributed storage with transaction support and plays a key part in Kubernetes’ API performance and cluster health. During this meetup, Arkadii will share the Kublr team’s research and experience. Questions related to stability and reliability will be discussed, and he’ll share our recommendations to realize stable and predictable etcd storage.

Arkadii Ocheretnoi is a Lead Platform Developer at Kublr. A passionate advocate for Kubernetes, Arkadii has a unique focus on enterprise projects characterized by disparate technologies that straddle both on-premises and private cloud environments. Skilled in both Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services, he is also passionate about helping organizations realize the agility, resilience, and portability advantages that cloud-native environments enable.  Arkadii’s career experience includes balancing innovation and security at several financial institutions including Moscow Exchange and other investment banks.
