Abstract: In this talk we will see how HelloFresh monitors their infrastructure
and product engineering services with Prometheus & Thanos, the importance of
monitoring in reliability engineering and how they've enabled monitoring
and alerting for engineers.

Biography: Rafael Jesus is the SRE Lead at HelloFresh. He is deeply involved with incident management, monitoring and ultimately with the entire reliability engineering discipline

Abstract:
Have you thought about running Grafana exposed to everyone on the internet? Probably not!
At GitLab we value transparency, so this is exactly what we do. Every metric we use for running gitlab.com is visible to the public.
This talk will give an overview of how we operate Grafana, Prometheus, Trickster, and Thanos to create both internal and external dashboards.

Biography: Ben Kochie is the Monitoring tech lead at GitLab.
He has a passion for Monitoring, Systems Engineering, and SRE topics.
