Hello Chicago Kubernauts!
We're excited to announce our February event!
Group member, Ben Goldberg of SpotHero will speak about the company's use of Apache Airflow with K8S to orchestrate the data pipelines providing the backbone to the business. Airflow was started in October 2014 at Airbnb. Come listen to how you too might be able to leverage Airflow at your company and in your cluster.
We're also very excited to welcome Mark McBride, CEO at Turbine Labs. He'll walk us through several traffic control strategies using Envoy, which provides fine grained routing control, load shedding, and metrics that help you scale your Kubernetes environment smoothly.
