Two practitioners will share their hands-on experience with OpenTelemetry in production environments:

Anfal Haider (Wolt) will discuss scaling observability in a distributed microservices architecture, tackling metric cardinality challenges, and their journey toward OpenTelemetry adoption. Learn how they reduced custom metrics by 39% while improving observability quality.

Blake Irvin (SumUp) will share practical insights on OTel Collector adoption, covering the cultural, technical, and operational challenges teams face when implementing the collector at scale.
