TALK DETAILS:
"Airgapped Kubernetes," Hannes Probst
Abstract: What if you want to install Kubernetes, but your machines are not connected to the internet?
Data protection or critical infrastructure use-cases are usually negating the use of Kubernetes.
In this talk I will discuss several options and suggest an enterprise architecture which gives you almost same flexibility as the standard installations with internet access.
---------------------------------------------
"Optimize Kubernetes costs and boost performance in one go," Rokas Bilevičius
Abstract: What if you didn’t have to worry about mounting cloud costs and could improve performance at the same time? Automation makes it possible, and we’ll show you how! During the session, you’ll discover practical techniques to lower your Kubernetes spend, eliminate waste, and boost performance. From VMs and workloads to architecture and network, we’ll outline how different factors impact cost behaviors so you get on top of your Kubernetes expenses efficiently.
