About this event

Creating Operators is the most versatile way to manage applications running on top of Kubernetes. Although most people write them in Go, it is perfectly viable to implement them using Java. I will explain when is an Operator a good solution for a problem and how to write one in Java. As Java is the main language of most development teams worldwide I believe it’s important to make Operator development accessible to my community. I will also explain the idea behind the Operator Pattern and how it is the core idea behind the awesome way Kubernetes manages our applications.

Ádám is a Cloud Native Architect at Container Solutions. After long years of building software and throwing it over the wall, he happily dived into Cloud Native to break that wall down for good. Now he is spreading the word about Kubernetes, Continuous Delivery and Docker to all who are willing to listen.
