Talk: "Data Analytics und Machine Learning auf OpenShift mit OpenDataHub"
Language: German or English (depends on the audience)
Speaker: Ingo Börnig (Red Hat)
With the availability and accessibility of GPU resources in on-premise
and cloud infrastructures, most of our enterprise customers start
experimenting with advanced data analytics topics and machine learning.
Typically they start in a research mode in isolated projects on special
built infrastructure.
Wouldn’t it be great if we could commoditize these workloads using a
self-service standard platform approach?
In this talk I will shortly introduce the terms and topics of data analytics, machine learning and AI. Then I will show what Open Source
components can be used to run this on Kubernetes platforms like
OpenShift.
As an example we will introduce the community projects opendatahub.io and kubeflow to demonstrate how easy it is to implement analytics and ML workload on standard OpenShift clusters.
