After the summer break and our first Cloud Native Innsbruck Stammtisch, we'll have our next get-together with a prepared talk and discussion. The prepared talk will get us started with some insights from the trenches in managing workloads with Helm.

"Helm--A Difficult Love Story"

Helm is everywhere in the Kubernetes world. But like everything that is successfully used on a broad scale, there are also downsides. What is there to like about Helm? What are the things the marketing pages don't stress too much?

As always, the talk is there to initiate some discussions, so bring your challenging views to the table: Are there better (or even worse?) tools out there? Shouldn't we just use plain Kubernetes manifests? Why seems everything so complicated around Kubernetes? I guess you get the idea :)
