Live Stream Talk: Container Runtime Security: A Primer

Containers have enabled an evolutionary leap in developer productivity, particularly for modern service-oriented architectures. For many however, the container security model feels like a step backwards from traditional host-based deployments. In this talk, the speaker will present several different approaches to container runtime security, from hardware virtualization, to sandboxing, to auditing. Attendees can expect to learn the strengths and shortcomings of each approach, and come away with a greater understanding of how to leverage each in their own organization.
