When you’re running a Kubernetes platform that serves multiple teams, things can get messy fast—especially when each team has different needs and varying levels of Kubernetes experience. Striking the right balance between flexibility and standardization is tough but critical. In this talk, we’ll share lessons learned from supporting many teams on a shared platform, and how standardizing around things like ingress, deployments, RBAC, and monitoring helped us reduce friction, improve security, and keep things sane.
