In this talk, we’ll take a look at Chaos Engineering in the CNCF ecosystem through the eyes of LitmusChaos and also observe a quick demo on how LitmusChaos combines adjustable contexts to automatically initiate chaos experiments as application states change. You’ll get a clear idea of how chaos engineering affects the larger community and also how LitmusChaos can be a Cloud-Native Chaos Engineering solution for the community.

🔸 Uma Mukkara, Head of Chaos Engineering , Harness

Uma Mukkara is a maintainer of CNCF chaos engineering project LitmusChaos. He also is the Head of Chaos Engineering at Harness and is a regular speaker on the subject of Chaos Engineering and cloud native DevOps at various conferences in the recent past. He is passionate about building solutions around resilience through chaos testing in cloud native space. He has co-founded companies like ChaosNative, MayaData & CloudByte and holds significant interest in Cloud_native technologies. Uma holds a Masters degree in Telecommunications and software engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago and a bachelor’s degree in Communications from S.V.University, Tirupati, India.

🔸 Neelanjan Manna, Software Engineer, Harness

Neelanjan is a software engineer at Harness and has been one of the core contributors to the LitmusChaos project. He has been contributing chaos experiments since the last 1 year. He has been a regular speaker in conferences having spoken at KCD Bengaluru 2022, Kubernetes Sri Lanka meetup, etc.
