The Kubernetes maintainers are looking to make specific security improvements, and have opened contributions to the wider community for this special one-day event.

All skill levels are welcome— we have lots of work with varying complexity that needs accomplished.

What to do & What to expect:

This is a quick event, with short notice and fast execution!

1. Sign up as a contributor using this page.
2. We'll pair folks with the appropriate work corresponding to your experience level. There is a limited number of seats per experience bracket. (If you register multiple times you will be removed from the list entirely).
3. Based on availability, some of the later registrants may not be able to pair with a project. We will send you a notification about your participation several days prior to the event so that there aren't any surprises.
4. Anyone is welcome to join the kickoff call on of December 15th. Selected participants will directly receive information about how your teams will be split up & what is expected of you for the day.
