About this event

Debugging modern applications can be overwhelming, especially when traces, logs, and metrics are scattered across multiple tools. In this talk, we’ll show how OpenTelemetry, an open-source vendor-neutral observability framework, simplifies debugging by seamlessly connecting these data streams.

We’ll start with a simple introduction to OpenTelemetry, highlighting how it unifies traces, logs, and metrics to give a complete view of your application. Then, we’ll explore how correlating these data types helps you quickly identify and resolve issues.

To make it practical, this session includes a hands-on workshop where we’ll demonstrate how to instrument a Node.js application with OpenTelemetry.
