8:00 PM	Hands-on Gen AI	Synopsis: This event is a hands-on workshop that enables participants to build generative AI prototype apps (chatbots, image gen, summarisation, etc.) on AWS. The workshop is designed for people with no experience with AI, but who are comfortable programming and using the command-line. Workshop participants build simple generative AI apps while learning key concepts. The labs use AWS Bedrock and include prompt engineering, security and guardrails, chatbots, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), image generation & editing, and multimodal capabilities. Resources: It is a hands-on workshop so you must bring your own laptop to the workshop and you can run this workshop through an AWS-managed event or from your own account.
