Navigating life as a minority or person of colour is challenging to varying degrees. It can become very uncomfortable being in situations where outcomes never work out in our interest. Tech is no stranger to these challenges, and often the problem is swept under the rug with an assumption that no one is affected or offended. This panel aims to address these particular challenges by talking through the Do’s and Don’ts when interacting with people of colour or in a minority group, and will drive to form more allies through navigation and education.
