Super thrilled to announce a joint meetup with AWS User Group Bangalore for August 11th which will be a workshop on Amazon ECS, EKS and Fargate services.
About The Event:
Amazon Elastic Container Service (Amazon ECS) is a highly scalable, high-performance container orchestration service that supports Docker containers and allows you to easily run and scale containerized applications on AWS.
In this session, participants can expect to learn about Amazon Elastic Container Service (ECS) and AWS Fargate. They will get introduced to basic Amazon ECS constructs and how they can run their containerised applications and micro services on AWS.
Who should attend:
This workshop is intended mainly for Developers and DevOps engineers who are either about to or are in the initial stages of their container journey. It will be ideal for engineers and architects who are eager to learn the nuances of deploying applications in highly available and scalable architectures.
This will *NOT* be a Docker 101 session. The audience should have basic knowledge of Linux containers and AWS.

About the Speaker:
Subhrangshu (Subbu) is a Senior Technical Account Manager with Amazon India and is responsible for managing enterprise support customers for AWS. He has 17+ years of experience in the IT industry and has worked around the world with global companies. Subbu specializes in Linux container technology and has been working on containers since 2011.
