Wouldn't it be nice if developers could just focus on writing great code? This is the promise of serverless. In this workshop we will look at how we can leverage existing kubernates infrastructure to build a serverless platform with Knative.

Knative is an open-source serverless platform extending kubernates to help developers build, deploy and manage modern serverless workloads. Whether you write functions or applications Knative solves many of the common developer burdens like scaling, resource and route management, or logging and tracing without the need to worry about the underlying infrastructure.

In the workshop we will be using manage kubernates on Google Cloud so make sure that you have a Google Cloud Account (free trial) https://cloud.google.com/free/
