Getting started with Terrascan

Terrascan is used to detect compliance and security violations across Infrastructure as Code to mitigate risk before provisioning cloud-native infrastructure.

About this event

Terrascan is a static code analyzer for Infrastructure as Code. It can be installed and run in a number of different ways and is most commonly used in automated pipelines to identify policy violations before insecure infrastructure is provisioned.

In this event we're going to look into:

  1. What is Terrascan?
  2. How folks can contribute to Terrascan?

We are having Sangam Biradar is working as a Developer Advocate APAC at Accurics with a focus on Cyber resilience, which can only be achieved through self-healing cloud-native infrastructure. He's also a Docker Community Award Winner at Dockercon2020 / Okteto / Traefiklabs ambassador & Author of Learn Lightweight Kubernetes with k3s (2019), Packt Publication. He also runs the Independent KubeDaily community.
