After the first edition of Kubernetes Community Days held in Amsterdam in 2019 (the first of its kind) and three long and harrowing years of global pandemic, we will be back in 2023 with a safer, hybrid, exciting edition of KCD to bring back together the vibrant Dutch and European community.
Two days of Kubernetes and Cloud Native, full of talks, workshops, events and fun and ending with a vegan BBQ and a party: this will be Kubernetes Community Days Amsterdam 2023! We are a locally-focused, inclusive and open community of engineers, developers, professionals and students of all things Cloud Native, coming together for celebrating our love and passion for technology. With 450 attendees, this is one of the largest events for cloud native in Europe, and our focus on local with a global perspective, our focus on open source and community, is what differentiate us from other commercial conferences.
Presence and engagement with all main actors in the Cloud Native ecosystem
Don't forget to signup for our newsletter (we promise we'll keep it short) here.
We will provide the safest possible hybrid event and follow all the government and CNCF guidelines. We will do our best to stream and record every talk and workshop and attempt to provide a great remote experience for who cannot be there in person with us in Amsterdam, thru a virtual event platform.
We look forward to receive many applications from experienced speakers and newcomers. Please use the official CNCF CfP system here; it's open between 1st of August and 15th of November 2022, while speakers and agenda will be announced mid-December. We are welcoming workshops, lighting talks, BoF sessions and regular, 30-minutes talks.
KCD is a community-organized and not-for-profit event and would not be possible without our partners. Don’t miss the opportunity to be part of and support this community event. If you have questions about the sponsorship or would like to discuss it in more detail, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org, you can see the sponsor packages available in the sponsor prospectus. We welcome community projects and influencers to be community sponsors too. Please don't hesitate to contact us for any questions at email@example.com
The event is organised by the Dutch Kubernetes Meetup and supported by the Cloud Native Computing Foundation ; a diverse group of volunteers from local communities and companies form the core team; we are open to more volunteers, please send us an email if you want to join the team. We follow and embrace the CNCF Event Code of Conduct and we expect all attendees and sponsor to follow it too. We are a diverse and inclusive community and we strive for our values of tolerance, respect and integrity.
If you’re unable to afford a ticket, we may be able to help with our diversity and inclusion tickets, kindly sponsored by members and organizations within our community. If you identify with one of these three diversity categories or have any other reason that you would consider valid, please apply for a diversity ticket by contacting us via: firstname.lastname@example.org
