We're thrilled to announce the first-ever KCD Romania event, set to take place in Bucharest on 25th of April 2024! Kubernetes Community Days (KCD) was initiated by Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF) and is jointly organized by local CNCF ambassadors, CNCF employees, and CNCF members across the world. KCDs are currently being actively organized worldwide, gathering end users, contributors, and technical experts from the open source community in the cloud native field. This series of localized activities will help grow the Kubernetes Community and spread cloud native technology more widely among end-users in different industries. Join over 300+ Cloud-Native experts! KCD Romania will bring together the local cloud community for a technical conference loaded with talks and opportunities to learn and network. We’ll focus on creating lasting value from the community and for the community; talks that are technically competent, relevant to the larger community and coming from end-users will be featured, to ensure the best possible quality of sessions and an interesting event for all kinds of attendees. The value of being part of a community is undeniable and a major part in the strategic marketing of many small and big players in the cloud native space. Reminder: This is a community event - so no product and/or vendor sales pitches. Call for Papers is now open!🥳 Submit your session here. We are excited to invite speakers from all levels and backgrounds to participate in making KCD Romania a fabulous event! Whether you are an experienced speaker or new to the stage, we encourage you to submit your proposals. We value the diversity of ideas and perspectives that speakers of different levels and backgrounds bring to the event. For those who are new to speaking or would like additional support, we are pleased to offer mentorship and speaker coaching upon request. We are committed to fostering a welcoming environment that supports growth and development for all speakers. Call for Papers will open on November 15th and close on January 31st. We welcome submissions across different formats, including both lightning talks and regular 30-minute sessions. The agenda for KCD Romania will be announced in early March.
