Kubernetes Community Days UK returns for 2022 and is taking place in-person at CodeNode, London on 22nd and 23rd November.
This event brings together the cloud native community from across the UK to learn, network and collaborate. Kubernetes Community Days UK is supported by the Cloud Native Computing Foundation, and organised by community group leaders.
This event has now finished. Full playlist of videos is available here: https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLX3geWFOgXozvW1avyeZfgPJXrWrzHgYV
Full set of conference photos are available here: https://gallery.kcduk.io/
Over the course of two days we will share stories of people using these technologies, both successes and failures - through in-depth technical talks, demonstrations of open source projects and workshops. The full agenda and speaker line-up are shown below.
Along with two days of fantastic talks and discussion, a number of companies are helping to support the community by offering free technical training through hands-on workshops. The full workshop agenda can be viewed on this page and these workshops will run in parallel to the conference talks, with breaks scheduled at the same time.
Unless otherwise stated, the workshops are first come, first served - so arrive promptly to the session if you wish to join!
Kubernetes Community Days UK is a volunteer-run event and we rely on money raised from sponsorship to cover event costs and swag, with any remaining proceeds being donated to charity. Our sponsors support the Kubernetes community in the UK; if you would like to sponsor this event, details are available here.
We are committed to making the participation of all those involved in this event an experience free from harassment of any kind. Kubernetes Community Days are governed by the Linux Foundation Code of Conduct available at https://events.linuxfoundation.org/code-of-conduct/.
Our CfP is now closed.
We are committed to providing a COVID-safe environment for all our attendees, including but not limited to Attendees, Sponsor Delegates, Volunteers, and Organising staff. We therefore ask you to comply with the measures outlined below, which may be greater than mandated in the UK at the time of the event.
Masks should be worn at all times, unless eating, drinking, or presenting a talk. We will not be checking vaccination status or asking for a lateral flow test result, but we encourage attendees to take a lateral flow test before arriving at the conference venue, and not attend if they test positive or feel unwell.
To accommodate this policy, we will have face masks available on-site for anyone that requires one. We will also provide red wrist bands to indicate if you wish to avoid any physical contact e.g. handshakes.
Please note that the risk profile of other attendees may be different to yours. Please respect their wishes around social distancing and physical contact.
