Welcome to our meetup for Kubernetes and Cloud Native Computing Louisville! James will give a brief recap of Kubecon Europe 2019. Dorrin Poorkay joins us from Auth0 as a Platform Engineer. Currently, Auth0's platform serves billions of authentication requests per month. As Auth0 continues to grow, the infrastructure needs to scale even more. The new initiative at Auth0 introduces using Kubernetes as the underlying platform to ensure future scale requirements. In order to provision kubernetes clusters easy and quick, I wrote an API to do just that! In this talk I'll be talking about our pain points with our current infrastructure and how we're planning to solve them with kubernetes.
