ABSTRACT
In this highly interactive session we will cover, with a mix of slides and demos, the latest updates of the container related services AWS unveiled at re:Invent 2019. Among other things, we will spend some time talking about the ECS CLI 2.0 and the direction we are taking there as well as the highly anticipated integration between Amazon EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service) and AWS Fargate (the AWS serverless platform for containers)

Massimo is a Principal Developer Advocate at AWS. For about 25 years, he specialized on the x86 ecosystem starting with operating systems, virtualization technologies and cloud architectures. He has been working on containers since 2014 and that is Massimo’s current area of focus within the compute service team at AWS .
