20:15 - 20:45 - Food, drinks, and refreshments
20:45- 21:45 - Dirk Marwinski, SAP (Secure K8s workloads via Gardener)
21:45 - 22:00 - Discussions
## Talk 1 (Kelsey Hightower):
Kelsey will be talking about all-things Kubernetes, to find out more, join us onsite ;)
### About Kelsey
Kelsey Hightower has worn every hat possible throughout his career in tech, and enjoys leadership roles focused on making things happen and shipping software. Kelsey is a strong open source advocate focused on building simple tools that make people smile. When he is not slinging Go code, you can catch him giving technical workshops covering everything from programming to system administration
## Talk 2 (Dirk Marwinski):
Gardener, a universal multi-cloud K8s Cluster-as-a-service, provides the necessary infrastructure for k8s workloads to run seamlessly and securely. In this talk we would like to share with you our experience in securing Kubernetes infrastructure by ethically hacking a cluster, as well as presenting the countermeasures to prevent the hack. We will also provide insights and anecdotes from one year of operating and hardening a large-scale Kubernetes landscape.
### About Dirk
Dirk is software architect and as product owner in charge for multi-cloud Kubernetes security at SAP. Dirk has driven or has been involved in many infrastructure and cloud projects in the past two decades. Dirk is a regular speaker at events and technology conferences.
