SA Kubernetes User Group Meetup

Cloud Native San Antonio

Mar 9, 2018, 12:30 – 2:00 AM

In-person event

About this event

We have an awesome Kubernetes San Antonio Meetup planned for you all!

“Kubernetes at home on Raspberry Pi”
Hart Hoover will walkthrough building a Raspberry Pi Kubernetes cluster at home: including discussion of the materials and installation process.

"Kubernetes Operators Part 2: etcd Operator"
Matt Dorn will continue our discussion on Operators by introducing the etcd Operator.

"Lean Coffee K8s Edition"
Doug Mendizábal will lead a Lean Coffee session where you get to bring the topics we'll talk about. Topics could be anything Kubernetes related. Maybe you have questions about some parts of k8s that you don't fully understand yet, then your questions should be a topic! Or perhaps you spent a weekend setting up k8s "the hard way", then you can tell us about it, and any gotchas you've found. That could be a topic too!

NEW LOCATION! We will now meet at the Rackspace Headquarters in the Factory event room! See the map photo for information on where to sign-in with security and park.

Special thanks to RedHat (https://redhat.com), Cloud Native Computing Foundation (https://www.cncf.io), Rackspace (https://rackspace.com), and Jake Morrison for sponsoring/hosting us.
