What is Prometheus? How does it work, and why is it a great fit for Kubernetes? In this session, I will give an overview of the Prometheus monitoring system and how it integrates with Prometheus. We will start with the basics about Prometheus and then dive a little deeper into its Kubernetes integration. Prior knowledge about Prometheus is not required.
