We are excited to host the 12th edition of the Cloud Native Computing Linz meetup!
--------- The Speakers ---------
Alexandre Menezes likes researching, designing and developing solutions for complex problems on newly trending technologies such as Edge, IoT and 5G to name a few. It gotta be open source… He likes to work on full cloud native mode. Container applications only. And if they are not there yet he can give a little hand helping them get there. He is deep into Linux, networking, Kubernetes, mostly OpenShift, and Golang. A cloud agnostic (He doesn't care if it’s AWS, Azure, GCP, any other cloud provider, bare metal or a hybrid combination). He loves to collaborate with smart and kind people and learn from them as well as gives back some of what he have received to less experienced team mates.
In a few words he loves working on a blameless, culturally diverse and 100% remote (with some gatherings along the way) environment where he can be deeply geek, share and learn.
He has been around for 18 years or so on the field. Multiple roles. If he could shape his roles today and name them as he wants he would put together Technology Evangelist (he likes to speak), Linux Advocate (And Containers are Linux) and people enabler along side software engineer.
Yuri Oliveira Sá is 33 years old, married and father of one big guy. His professional path has been always involved in helping companies to achieve their next level of automation in regarding infrastructure environment. Throughout his 13 years of experience, he worked in critical environments related to supply chain companies.
One of his main beliefs is that all barriers between Developers and Operations teams should be removed, for that reason, he decided to create a Podcast called "Eu DevOps" in which he has been advocating how the community could embrace the DevOps culture in an easier way. Until now almost 27 released episodes, and counting.
