As some might say, Observability is a buzzword though everyone out there is talking about it. There are still not many resources that people can look at as an entry point into Observability. In a joint attempt by CNCG Mumbai and Code For Cause, this talk tries to do just that.
This talk is all about trying to shed some light on the following aspects:
- What is Observability?
- Why should you think of it?
- What are the different components/pillars of Observability?
- What would constitute a typical Observability stack?
- Why would you like to think of Observability as a default feature of the application?
Once we have an overview and a basic understanding of Observability as a whole. We will then dive into different CNCF Observability projects, look at what they do, how can you start contributing to them?
Looking forward to seeing you all there!!!
