Openshift  Networking and Network Policy at Scale with Calico: Project Calico, the leading Network plugin and Network Policy implementation for Kubernetes, provides a rich set of Policy-driven Network Security features combined with a simple, scalable, non-overlay IP-network fabric. Tigera and Red Hat have collaborated to integrate Calico with OpenShift 3.6, (deployed using openshift-ansible). This talk will provide a technical walkthrough of the numerous network, security and operations benefits of Calico to OpenShift deployments across on-premises and public cloud environments.

We will demonstrate a few examples of how OpenShift deployments can benefit from the powerful capabilities and operational elegance of Calico Networking and Network Policy that illustrate why many of the large Kubernetes deployments in production love Calico.
