Join us for the inaugural meetup of Prometheus users in London.
We're very pleased to host Brian Brazil, one of the core Prometheus developers, as our first speaker on Friday July 8th.
Brian is an Irish core developer of Prometheus and the founder of Robust Perception. He has over 10 years experience managing and monitoring large-scale systems at companies such as Google. He now uses his skills to help organisations get the most out their systems and staff.
Brian will be talking about recently-added features in Prometheus and the Prometheus roadmap.
Tom Wilkie, software engineer at Weaveworks and former SRE at Google:
"In this talk we'll cover common patterns for running Prometheus on Kubernetes, how to monitor services on Kubernetes, and some cool tips and hacks to ensure you get the most out of your Prometheus and Kubernetes deployment."
Software engineers Dmytro Kislov and Stuart Taylor at Improbable:
"At Improbable we provide a platform for spatially distributed simulations to our customers. We use Prometheus for monitoring our internal microservice stack, but also offer it as a first class customer-facing system on our platform.
As far as we know, we are currently running one of the largest prometheus set ups, with multiple clusters of federated Prometheus stacks. Given the nature of the simulations built by our users, monitoring becomes their go-to tool for debugging and troubleshooting."
