In this talk/demo we will see intro to openshift and see in live what additional features openshift brings on top of kubernetes to make it ready for production immediately with its rich feature set and UI. We will see how openshift can enable everyone in an org to leverage containers.

Bios:
Kaslin Fields is a Solutions Architect focusing on containers (especially Kubernetes) at Oracle Bare Metal Cloud Services. Before joining Oracle, she was a Hybrid Cloud Architect at NetApp where she developed a Dockerized hybrid-cloud performance testing infrastructure. Kaslin's interest in containers started with a hackathon project in 2014. Today she still enjoys trying to find new and exciting projects to try out with containers.

Chakradhar Rao Ambeer is a Solutions Architect with Red Hat Inc and Cloud Native Compute Foundation Ambassador. He enables Red Hat customers with adoption of open source solutions in their journey towards containerization, cloud adoption, PaaS, DevOps, and microservices. As a Solution Architect Chak has experience working with numerous customers.
