Reinhardt Quelle - is the Sr. Product Manager for Cloud Services in the Collaboration Software Group at Cisco Systems. Reinhardt is building the cloud platform from which Cisco delivers SaaS applications such as WebEx and Jabber.

John Dickinson - is a technical lead at Rackspace Hosting where he works on Rackspace’s CloudFiles product. He has been active in the Openstack community since its inception and is the Project Technical Lead for Openstack Swift. John has built enormous data storage clusters that store billions of objects and petabytes of data for their customers.
