Abstract:
We are proud to feature stateful application expert and the original Kubernetes PM Eric Han! He will join Kubernaut Dan Garfield to share the do's and don'ts of running stateful applications on Kubernetes. Many people think containers are only for stateless apps. But we all have mission-critical applications like Postgres, MySQL, Kafka, or Cassandra databases and we want to run them in containers. Day 1 might be easy, but day 2 and day 3 get tricky. We'll show you how to use production data in your testing pipeline and exhibit best practices for delivering stateful applications at scale.
