South Bay OpenStack Meetup, Beginner track

Cloud Native Silicon Valley

In-person event

About this event

These meetups are community based and focused. The Beginner track is for someone with little to no experience with OpenStack. You can be just interested in expanding your devOps horizons or someone that just wants to learn more about this cloud thing. The Intermediate/Hackathon track is for a experienced devOps, some python experience, and an understanding of OpenStack core. Some advanced OpenStack devOps will join the hackathon from time to time. The Advanced track is for seasoned OpenStack devOps to discuss blueprints and code. Each Advanced devOps meetup will focus on a different OpenStack core project.

Beginner track in the Pioneer room. Mirantis will be leading the discussion. Video and audio access via WebEx at https://yahoomeetings.webex.com/yahoomeetings/j.php?ED=160663867&UID=492396097&RT=MiM0 Intermediate/Hackathon track in the Homepage room on different days generally than the beginner meetups. We may have advanced OpenStack devOps on hand for designing, coding, or advice. Go to the Intermediate/Hackathon meetup page for more information. Advanced/Topic specific track will be held in San Francisco out of the Seagate/EVault offices on a generally monthly basis. You will find topic specific events here. Drink, food, whiteboards and wifi provided by Yahoo!

Updates will be published via the meetup email list, OpenStack community blog, and twitter via @sarob
