About this event

CloudCamp for OpenStack (aka "Stackup") is Wed Nov 6th, 2013 in the Convention Center 

This CloudCamp is focused on the OpenStack ecosystem. The OpenStack Summit is happening in Hong Kong this week and this event is a way for CloudCampers to learn about what is happening in the OpenStack community. We invite you to propose session topics related to OpenStack (private, public & hybrid clouds) and other topics related to getting solutions to run on top of OpenStack.  

Note: Free Pass to Cloud Expo: All CloudCamp attendees will automatically receive a recomplimentary VIP Gold pass to Cloud Expo which is good for access to all sessions, all tracks, on all days. (note: VIP Gold passes do not include Lunch or CloudExpo's Cloud Computing Bootcamp). Your name & email will be provided to CloudExpo and you will have a badge waiting for in the CloudExpo registration system.

• Demo: "Mobile Apps on Openstack" - by Cathal McGloin of Feed Henry

• Demo: "Network Virtualization on Openstack w/ OpenContrail" - by Parantap Lahiri of Juniper Networks

• Demo: "Create your own distributed filesystem on OpenStack" - by Shrinand Javadekar of Maginatics

• Demo: "Deploying an app on multiple OpenStack Clouds" by Renat of Altoros

• Demo: "Running Tomcat & MongoDB on OpenStack" by Shay Hassidim of Gigaspaces

• Demo: "Curvature: An interactive visualisation tool for OpenStack" by Alex Holden of Cisco
