We are thrilled to announce our next Kubernetes Meetup. As you might notice we have also merged CNCF (Cloud Native Computing Foundation) into this meetup. Our aim for this meetup is to be the hub for knowledge sharing how to build sustainable Cloud Native Ecosystems using open-source and vendor neutral projects.

Talk #1 - Dave Zolotusky - “Welcome and intro to CNCF”:
Dave will kick off the event, talk a little about the goals of this meetup and how we'd like to work together with the community. This will include an introduction to what the Cloud Native Computing Foundation is and how you can get involved. Then, he'll cover a little about the technology from the foundation and a few of the interesting ways in which is it being used today.
Talk #2 - Torkel Ödegaard, Grafana Creator - “What is going on at Grafana”:
If you know about Grafana you have most likely heard about Torkel. In this session Torkel will provide us with an update what’s going on at Grafana. What’s new and what they are working on. He will also show us a bit of “Best practices / Interesting things that you see in the wild”.
Talk #3 - Mak Ahmad, Technical Program Manager, Google - “A good intro / deep dive into Istio”:
Mak Ahmad is a technical program manager at Google currently focusing on Istio. Mak will provide a good intro and also a bit of a deep dive on some use cases, and share some roadmap conversation for Istio.
