About this event
We're thrilled to announce the upcoming event for Stockholm Cloud Native Community Group on Tuesday, May 28th. This time we will switch things up and gather at Goto 10 Stockholm. Join us for an evening of informative discussions and networking opportunities. Doors open at 5:15 PM, and the first presentation starts at 5:30 PM.
Our first talk will focus on Policy-as-code for everyone with Checkov.io, delivered by Daniel Tor, Prisma Cloud
In our second talk, we will get interesting insights into K3s - Lightweight kubernetes distribution, by Jonas Forsberg, SUSE
It's an in-person event, but we will also be broadcasting it online after. As this marks our final event before the summer break, we're looking forward to bringing everyone together for some mingling and potentially an after-event AW for those interested.
We're excited to see you there!
We also want to send a friendly reminder to only RSVP 'yes' if you plan to attend. Here's why it matters:
Limited Space: The event has a limited capacity, and updating your RSVP can open up spots for others who are eager to join.
Less Food Waste: Updating your RSVP helps us reduce food waste by ensuring we prepare just enough to satisfy your appetite.
Respect for Fellow Attendees, Organizers, Speakers, and Sponsors: By updating your RSVP promptly, you're showing consideration for others. They will have a more enjoyable time knowing that we've planned for an accurate number of guests.
Enhanced Experience: A well-organized event is a memorable event. Your updated RSVP will help us tailor the experience to your needs, making it more enjoyable for everyone.

Shift security left emphasizes integrating security practices early in the development lifecycle. By addressing misconfiguration & vulnerabilities at the outset with Checkov.io, this approach enhances software resilience, mitigates risks, and fosters a proactive security culture within development teams.

K3s - Lightweight kubernetes distribution, by Jonas Forsberg, SUSE
K3s is a lightweight implementation of Kubernetes that is easy to install and can run on x86 and ARM infrastructure with only 512 MB of RAM required to run it.
K3s is geared towards teams that need to deploy applications quickly and reliably to resource-constrained environments. Some use cases for K3s are edge, Single Board Computers, IoT, and CI.
