The Platform Maturity Model was proposed in April here: https://github.com/cncf/tag-app-delivery/issues/381

Since then there has been an steady increase in review and support in the working document here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1bP8-LQ-d41eIdQB3IC2YsncDhawpFLggql2JxwtE0XI/ which has led us to create a model specific doc that can preserve the old conversation while taking a marked step forward in language based on our calls. The goal of this meeting will be to finalise as many conversations / vocabulary decisions as possible on the model so as to unlock adding detailed sections for each of the resulting "cells" on the table.
