The Platform Maturity Model was proposed in April here: https://github.com/cncf/tag-app-delivery/issues/381

Since then there has been a steady increase in review and support in the working document. This led us to do a minor update and create a new version (0.2.0) here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/11J_RpaUwydNNBg5aVjH5Uzn8i-b4urEtJzwR86XezFQ/edit 

The goal of this meeting will be to have an initial review and discussion around the detail sections for each of the 5 aspects. Our goal is to have these in a fairly steady state by September 10th for final GitHub review of the complete document.
