The Platform Maturity Model was proposed in April here: https://github.com/cncf/tag-app-delivery/issues/381

Since then there has been a steady increase in review and support in the working document. This led us to do a minor update and create a new version (0.2.0) here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/11J_RpaUwydNNBg5aVjH5Uzn8i-b4urEtJzwR86XezFQ/edit 

The goal of this meeting will be to deep dive on the details section for the interface aspect. Our goal is to have this ready for final review in GitHub by Sept 22.
