Deploying containerized workloads with Azure Container Apps	Speaker: Will Velida - Customer Engineer II, Fast Track for Azure at Microsoft Azure Container Apps is a serverless platform that enables developers to run their containerised workloads. Container Apps are ideal for developers who want to run their applications as if they were running them on Kubernetes but don't want to manage the cluster's operations. This simplifies the process of developing and deploying our containers to Azure. In this demo-rich session, we'll cover the critical components of Azure Container Apps and compare Container Apps to existing container platforms on Azure. We'll then go over how to deploy an Azure Container Apps environment and how we can deploy and update our containers to Container Apps, monitor the health of our containers, handle logging and how we can secure our Container Apps. By the end of this session, you'll learn how you can develop your container workloads on Azure Container Apps without having to deal with the complexities of Kubernetes.
Five ways to manage your Infrastructure as Code at Scale	Speaker: Ryan Cartwright, Director of Sales & Partnerships at Spacelift Abstract: The introduction of Infrastructure as Code or IaC has transformed the way you can provision and deploy high-performance cloud-based IT infrastructures. IaC tools, such as Terraform, have been integrated into DevOps toolchains, saving DevOps IaC teams from excessive manual effort. While these tools undoubtedly help accelerate building IT infrastructures, their limitations can impact DevOps' ability to optimize and improve control of their IaC processes supporting future business needs. This talk will go over strategies and tooling that alleviate some of the limitations.
Observability as a Journey	Speaker: Jag Dhillon - Principal Solutions Engineer, Grafana Abstract: The observability space is on a journey. Companies are at different stages in their evolution towards cloud-native/Kubernetes/microservices and are at different points in bringing together their observability data to understand these deep, complex systems. Gartner just released their Hype Cycle and has Observability clearly mapped at the top of their “Peak of Inflated Expectations” - in other words - still needs maturing. SBOMS & Provenance	Speaker: Pradeep Loganathan Applications Platform Architect at VMWare Abstract: Securing your software supply chain is critical. A key part of securing your supply chain is ensuring the provenance of artifacts and packages used in the supply chain. SBOMS provide a means to identify what a package contains and provides provenance information. In this talk we will walk through creating provenance through SBOMS.
