We're looking for multiple contributors to help launch and manage the Merge Forward (MF) Mentorship Program. This is a strategic MF program that will help MF community members grow their skills and become active and visible cloud native members.
What You'll Do
Design the application process. Work with the team to draft the application forms for both mentees.
Coordinate applications. Review and score applications, and match mentees with the best-fit mentors.
Facilitate connections. Coordinate introductions and help get each mentorship pair started on the right foot.
Spreadsheet analysis. One person with strong spreadsheet and organizational skills will be needed to help with application data matching.
Who We're Looking For
This is not an entry-level contributor role. We need community members who have been active in the cloud native community for multiple years. You should have a deep understanding of how the ecosystem works and a track record of successfully contributing to other projects.
